    Alaska Native Corporations are bleeding money and they NEED these non-competitive contracts to keep the dream alive.

  • I think we all know why. When everyone asks where all the money went, just look to the Alaska Native Corporation and all is super duper special benefits in contracting. In a nutshell, get paid for contracts they don't bother to perform on. Now these ANC's are being pushed out of overseas contracts and are turning to local U.S. cities and towns to screw people over. Financial arsonists.
