@readme60 I hate to repeat myself by David Cameron (the Conservative MP) in the UK is more liberal/progressive than Obama. He is not afraid to say he isn't a religious person, he believes in Global warning, he says there is nothing wrong with National Health Care and he gave England a tax increase which is what America needs.

@readme60 I don't no the context of your question but the democrats are no liberals. European and Canadian conservatives are more liberal than Democrats. In Europe they don't debate global warming, climate change or national health care.
