This is a hoax. Cute but they are not trained.
Look at the "shadow" under the balls. It never changes. The ginger looks like he is walking on his side. One hamster appears to be "running" in a different direction than the ball.

@nutellaontoast My friend, the hamster balls are simply cut out of the picture and made to look like they're travelling wherever the video creator wanted them to across the carpet. Its well done but you can see the blur/distortion around the edges if you look closely.
