@dchapallaz We may not understand "peoples" in the same way God means it in scripture, so it isn't safe to assume that. Clearly the job is not yet done, but we can't be sure where the finish line is. Only the Father knows.

I had no idea there were still so many groups remaining
outside the bondage, shame, and threats of christianity.
How encouraging!
With the rapidly-dwindling numbers of christians worldwide
there may yet be hope for at least a few of these people
to avoid the cultural, physical, mental, and sexual
assault of christianity.
In the name of mercy and humanity,
leave these people alone!
