they made deadpool like that because the comic version has a deformed-scarred face and scarred skin and he wears his costume to conceal that, they had to make a reason for him to have a scarred face, in the comics due to the interaction between his cancer and the genetic manipulation that gave him his healing factor made him scarred, in the movie he didn't have cancer so that's why they made barakapool, plus there is going to be a deadpool spinoff and there's a scene showing that wade survived.

That is stupid how the movie butchered Deadpool into that for the final battle. He dosen't need optic blasts as a way to defeat Wolverine.
I'm glad Deadpool bashed this in MvC3.
