Iowa State Fair is usually in August, county fairs are June & July. I never ride the rides at the fair, they are always too dirty.

(when is the Iowa State Fair?) there's more the fair besides the animals? lol we did walk on the midway, but only rode one ride (it was fifteen freaking bucks!)
