A respectable stylistic expression on the Cajon. The fact that he doesn't need to cheat with "snares" indicates he cares more about technique and quality. I think he can relax his hands a bit more, learn the "toque ligero" to produce bass instead of force. Still good though.
The reason why that cajon doesn't have the snare sound is probably cause that particular cajon doesn't have strings inside the box, the real cajon don't have strings inside which makes it harder to give it a nice sound, the strings are a way of cheating to get the nice sound...

Bravo!!!! Y cabe aclarar que el Cajón es un instrumento 100% Oriundo del Perú. Los Esclavos Negros en el s.XVI fueron sus gestores.
El primer músico español en introducir el cajón en la Música Flamenca Fué Don Paco de Lucía, en los 70's...
