Putting aside the fact that I am probably one of Joe's biggest fans, although it's inevitable, I don't think it fair for either version to be compared with one another. Both Joe & Carrie are amazing singers &, in my opinion, sing the song equally well. But what people have failed to consider is that this song was written by Carrie therefore it was written to match her vocals and style of singing. People haven't realized what a good job Joe has done considering this song was written for a woman.

@zaashleyfan Disney actually dropped out right after Prince Caspian. WaldenMedia then had a little pre-production just dumped on them and went on a partner hunt until they came across Fox. Then they made the movie from there.

@JLSBTRTW1DESluver I'm not debating that Joe can't sing - he can just not this kind of music! I am simply comparing one version over the other. I prefer the original, that's it plain and simple. I like Joe singing the show tune type music he's been doing lately, he has a trained voice that has been designed for those songs. I never thought he was rubbish, in fact I backed him all the way through XFactor, but the sad fact is, is that the winners of that show rarely every go anywhere!
