I know this is supposed to be a comedy. Trouble is it's not funny because that's how the City of Mississauga operates.
Want to point out that the City of Mississauga has "advanced" to not needing to shred documents since their records are biased to ensure nothing negative makes it to paper.
This video fails to point out the most "efficient" business technique. A smiling trusted front-man (ie: Hazel McCallion) who defends her lying (confirmed through video/FOI) staff as "honest, dedicated".
