Who receives money from the surcharges?
Each surcharge collected by the department under this law will be remitted to the Comptroller, on a monthly basis. Trauma centers and county and regional emergency medical services will receive 49.5 percent of the collected money, and the Texas Mobility fund will receive 49.5 percent of the collected money. The money that goes to trauma centers will be handled by the Texas Department of Health, while the **Texas Department of Transportation **will handle money going to the **Mobility fund**, which funds highway projects, including the **Trans-Texas Corridor**. The remaining one percent of the collected money will go to DPS for operation of the Driver Responsibility program.
The Driver Responsibility Program was passed into law as part of House bill 3588, article 10. (The text of the law is located at http://www.capitol.state.tx.us, page 152 of the Adobe text version.)

True. The TTX aka nascocorridor is not "just a highway." It is the excuse for NAIPN, the North American Inland Port network. These inland ports, like KCsmartport, Laredo and Winnipeg, are being set up to facilitate/justify the next planned step toward the North American Union: the "common North American Customs Bureau" called for by robert Pastor, the CFR's SPP architect. I still cringe after hearing this.

They often soil the ideas of these candidates, externally poisoning the well.

In the beginning of this clip, for example, talking about Paul as a nutjob "NAFTA/NAU" candidate as opposed to one that is wholly against the Federal Reserve.

Even more recently, some media outlets tried to discredit the fed-watchers by putting a spotlight on Sarah Palin's dumbass comments about monetary policy.

It's both frightening and insulting that Toobin outright denies the CFR's and Super Corridor's existences, while being a member of standing in the CFR, and therefore knowing fully about the corridor. Why the lies and secrecy? If the CFR truly thinks their efforts will help the US as a whole, why not have full disclosure? The CFR is obviously working for private gain, and needs to keep its members and goals as secret as possible. Our current election is between two CFR members. No choice there.
