I very rarely lose my cool about things, but I am going to RANT here for a while!

Just another of the million examples I and my neighbors can give of how shitty Comcast's service is. If the Internet isn't going down. All the channel's worth watching get all pixelated like in the video (but of course the shitty extra channels they added that nobody watches and raised our bill for the last time work fine). Then, when I call Comcast, they try and blow you off by saying they are working on it, and you have to go through a dozen phone ques to get to a real person, then when you FINALLY get a real person on the line, The moron sounds like "PEGGY" from Prime credit! I literally had to tell him to speak better english! Then to top it all off, when I go to pay my ridiculously overpriced cable bill online, their web page where you pay your bill takes almost 10 minutes to load! AND THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE FAST INTERNET! WTF????? Seems to me you should have your own house in order before you go around talking smack about how badass your Internet service is. This wouldn't bother me so much but every time I turn around my bill keeps getting higher. For basic cable the weather and discovery channels, Internet and phone, my bill is now almost $150 each month. This is a complete racket, they have a monopoly on the market and they do as they please Everyone should get together and do a class action suit against Comcast for breach of contract since they are unable to provide a service worth paying for!
I feel better now that I have had my psychotic episode! I then had to laugh when I went to view my video and this one came up next to mine, You really need to check this one out, I love this guy! Heres the link;

    My work has a bunch of Verizon 4G air cards and they spank the heck out of Comcast as far as speed goes. And Laura, that day they were having (another) widespread issue. I went through the whole level 0-1 script with the "Peggy" sounding tech support person that I couldn't hardly understand lol! We repowered the box etc, to no avail. It ended being on their end somewhere :)

  • well I once was in your shoes with mediacom and it sucked till I got directv and life got better until I had problems and wanted to switch to another provider and directv offered me a ton of shit to get me to stay....so I would have to say switch man to directv!!! they are also cheaper unless your getting all the movie channels but wayyy better than cable!!

  • I'm watching this video from my phone since my INTERNET KEEPS GOING DOWN. How pathetic is it that my phone is more reliable for internet than my computer is because of Comcast's shit internet?

  • @LauraDeBunbury Its a whole big diffrence than when you just call in to fix a problem. Just like the security team.

  • @LauraDeBunbury actually im not speaking about supervisors. Comcast has many departments which regular people don't know about and one of them is called elevated support. Comcast employees get like two cards every 6 months that they can give for elevated support.

    on another note, man, comcast's never gonna watch the video, sad but true, i work for them and they don't really care about you guys customers (though i think you already know)

    and I think you issue may get solved by powering cycle the box lol (not trying to make fun of you, just saying, don't take my comments on the wrong side, i know comcast sucks ass)

  • @Marqlon50x you do know that the "supervisors" are agents just like any other, but they've been in the company longer than regular agents?

  • bout 1,000 feet between us and mine are all fine but then we have all comcast motorola DVR boxes here too.
