my dad had this exact body mustang, except his was a v6.he sold it when he started the family. You are lucky, one day i'm gonna buy one just like this for him again.

it is nice to see that these cars are still out there and not all fucked up in the junk yard. i have an 83 that has been sitting in my garage for a few years now. i have owned it for 21 years. can not afford to do anything with it now. my girls come first. but i am going to bring it out this summer because i deserve it.

An old friend of mine used to be able to brake torque his 79 mustang indy pace car (302) with a stick shift. It looks like this one is a stick too, but I can't quite see. Is it?

what kind of flowmaster? i have the indy pace truck with series 40's but they're too quiet

Great question. I do not recall the series number but do know that they are a 2-chamber configuration.

Thanks! Ford Racing 292 / 512 with Ford Racing rollers,Edlebrock performer rpm, Holly 650 jetted to 750, MSD, mild head work, motorsport shorty headers, bassani x-pipe&flow tubes with Flowmasters on a 302 bored .40 over.
