take off both arms

take out the bones

grab a stick

roast it for 2 minutes

then a nice roasted wastelander arms =]

you guys have it al wrong. you get some leg, smash the bones and then bake. the bones add calcium and the meat protein. after baked poor a tiny bit of nuka cola for flavor and let it absorb. then cool it down for about a minute. then enjoy.
