One thing I wanted to ask you. How does it perform in really cold climates. Like say -20 or so on avg? Will the fuel cells freeze a lot or what?

I have not tested the freezing point of the electrolyte down to that low. But it will go well below freezing. I use 50% alcohol in water in the bubbler to keep that from freezing. The higher concentration of electrolyte the lower the freezing point. I use 15 to 20% NaOH.

Also, I looked at your graph and noticed your efficiencies around 5 as long as electrolyte was below the top of the plates. I have recently tested efficiencies on my design above 10 MMW. you nee bigger alternator to keep the voltage steady or a smaller pulley so your alternator will run faster at lower RPM.
