I hope you will follow this with another video that explore the roots of the problems between the US and Iran. So many in the US have prejudices against Iran and Iranians. AN exploration of these problems might help break some of that down.

There's a lot of history and culture to overcome on both sides - culture, which is both a source of pride and conflict all over the world.

USA wants Islam for Iran, North Africa and the Middle East.

This is a very clear policy, none of the great powers disagree on suppressing the region, causing people to suffer and live backwards lives. This way the resources are controlled by stronger outer interests,

USA is not for democracy or Freedom in the Region. In practice they want the opposite.

Long story short, book explains how President Carter had the Cia kill the Shah and his top men, create khomeini by paying him billions on the one hand while preventing the Shah from even getting plastic bullets or tear gas to oppose khomeini's militias. Basically Carter betrayed a long time US Ally. Islamic Terrorism, Al Quaeda etc were concocted by the USA.

Oil. Neo-Colonialism over human rights, peace and freedom.
