@dogilvy85 A lot of bass players sing. It's called Thin Lizzy. Guitarists can then do lead parts and maybe just do backups. Not every guitarist is Lindsey Buckingham

Pick up the tempo - this song rocks hard and at the tempo you guys are playing it starts to drag. Other than that, not too bad.
