This is my first time hearing this. Incredible peice! This drummer plays like a man possessed. Wayne Shorter is one of the most underrated musicians ever...which is unfortunate. He's a genuis!

This was the only total 'electronic ' piece on Atlantis and is a great composition! Larry Klein played electric bass but piano was acoustic and voices were eerie and beautiful. The last Silk hat and When You Dream were gems. Shere Khan the tiger! Wayne is a mastermagician composer, musician who always chose to sing.- FC

I saw Wayne perform this on this tour and also with another band in 1985 after the release of "Atlantis". Although there are many who have dismissed this period as Wayne's "lost fusion period", history will be not as harsh a critic. The fact is, he wrote some of his most interesting music between 1985-95...

I agree. Songs from "Atlantis" to "Highlife" are the best, I think.
