I am 12 years old and I was recently diagnosed, it is very hard to get used to all the needles and my mind still hasn't accepted it.

@corkaroo19 I'm 27, a husband, and father of two, and Iraq war veteran. And I just found out I've got it and I hate needles too. Seriously, I turn into a big baby, but it seems to be getting easier. Hang in there.

I was diagnosed with this 2 days ago....And because of this, it has answered soooo many questions!

Thanks for posting this. As someone with hemochromatosis, I think it is very important to educate people.
