the Portofino condos are not that far from water on either side...not at all...the island is not that wide at all to begin with. I live in Portofino.

those buildings are on the ground but they are strong...alot of this stuff got wiped out during the last big hurricane..but not the big hotels

those are big buildings and in that very first shot you are looking TOWARD the ocean so there is a lot of beach there. they are actually a good distance from the ocean.

Those buildings are Portofino luxury condominiums. They are huge. They are built to withstand high winds I'm sure, and they are probably not directly on the ground.
