New Message to Anonymous

Hello, we are anonymous. Our actions against the cult of Scientology over the past few months have struck a cord with the media, the general public, and the cult it's self. We have lead many protests and have distributed and proliferated thousands of pages of information on the actions of the cult. No longer are we a collection of ad hoc hackers, violently attacking servers in denial of service attacks, under the word of the Wise Beard Man we have become a force for good on the internet, and across the whole world.

We have, however, neglected one thing.

Despite our efforts, public knowledge of Anonymous, it's goals, and it's tactics, remains low. We have left open a vacuum of knowledge that has left us open to attack. So long as this vacuum exists- the cult will waste no time in filling it with lies and slander. For the good of our cause we must not appear to be mere hackers, but the collective will of the internet. We fight against the tyranny of Scientology, and we brought a paedophile to justice, these are the things that the public should know. If our goals are to be accomplished, it must be done. I urge all members of Anonymous to contact local news stations, put up flyers, write web addresses on your money, and spread our name and our cause among your community. Such distribution will raise our public profile, and further our cause.
