But what if you use setting lotion while setting the rods? won't they hold longer with it? I'm looking for a style that can hold for atleast a week. The less combing and styling my hair, the quicker it'll go and braid extensions are a no-no for me.....:)

@tblkmon your right it probably would of held better with setting lotion. I may try that now that I am tex-laxed

You are so beautiful, and the style is supercute! Great improv! Makes me wanna learn how to flatwist. Funny thing is, I was just wondering out of the blue this morning how to make a twist like that in the back - I can't quite figure out the angle... Maybe a quick tutorial? (Makes pleading face). =)
