  • Try cleaning them as soon as you get home from shooting, or even in the field. And always zip your pants up after pissing.

  • @ObviouslyBoredKid There is nothing wrong with a piston gun. Especially if you buy a LWRC or LMT rifle. There are many platforms running a piston system.

  • Yea, the stock has two plugs, which you can take out and put batteries into hollowed out compartments. It's similar to VLTOR's stocks in that respect.

  • Yes i know a lot about piston guns. Steer away from them...

  • well i dont want to look like an airsoft fag but can you open the crane stock and put stuff inside

  • Apparently the Brits have just bought 400 of the first gun he shows for the para's in afghanistan. Lucky boys

  • Meant to say LWRC uses multiple pieces in their piston rod system. I need more sleep =/

  • I don't have a lot of experience with either weapon. After a lot of research and thought I went with the LMT CQB MRP16 piston rifle. I've heard that some LWRC owners were having problems with the parts in the piston system. LMT uses a single rod where as LMT uses multiple pieces. One of these pieces has a cup (like a gas key) that has either chipped or broke making the rifle not cycle. I believe the problem has been fixed since. But I'd rather have fewer moving parts. Just MHO, hope that helps

  • Can anyone with serious knowledge about piston ar15's maybe tell me which to choose between the lwrc m6a3 and the lmt cqb defender piston. ( I will be getting the 16 inch regardless.)

  • Thats why I went with LMT! Small companies can pay more attention to detail. Also LMT has been in the market of providing very high quality rifles for the military and law enforcement for nearly 25 years.
