heres how i look at it, during the time of zeros rampage, megaman went after zer, thus, figuring out he wouldnt stand a chance, so light took megaman and upgraded him to be X, but had to hide in a capsule so when, if the world was destroyed, at least the world would have a chance with X, so, in conclusion, my hypothisis is, is that megaman is X

Well the Zero series ignores those games because Megaman Zero 1 came out 2 years before X7. A few things were changed in the zero series because of X6, but at that point it was assumed that X6 would mark the True ending to the X series, so after Zero 1 the story was set.

well, the plant can survive fire due to the water they hold, but cold will kill them for good, i think thats the logic they used. plus, if you used common sense for the weakness design, everything would be week to fire.

@Jedisupersonic7 Zero didn't kill the Classic cast. Inafune himself confirmed it. For now the fates of everyone except Light and Wily are unknown.

@LeeSayNO6 They're separate characters. Light was working on X during the events of Megaman 7 onwards.

I take it that the commentary was recorded before July 18th... and yes, it actually hurt to hear that.
BTW, does anyone really know WHY they cancelled it? I read what Capcom said, and they claim the reason was in their statement, but I suppose I don't really understand it.
Either way, ANY reason they give is total BS. -_-
