@cityboy2977 very true, but on a 47,500 acre sheep and cattle ranch the tractors dont get close to the housing all that much =]

@mutantroosta the only problem with auto antifreeze is having pets around if you get a leaky tire.

we use water and antifreeze here in new zealand, it doesnt effect the rims as the water is contained inside the tubes

not exactly sure what the long term effects will be on the rims. but you can read much more at My Tractor Forums

@osengasimplicity the fuel pump seems to be strong enough to pull the fluid back out but i have never tried it

How do you have it attached to the tire?

@greglava it is just a piece of fuel line pushed onto the valve stem.
