    - there's an entire sequence of how to learn this, step by step on Eric's DVD. Take your time, and keep practicing if you don't opt for that.

    This helps soo much! I always flip straight on my back on these, now I know I rotate a little bit.

    PS- This pool looks so pretty! I wish I could swim there!
