man - i had it in my hands until a fucking car knocked me over, then another car smashed into the globe knocking it into the river -_- some reason it wont spawn back again, now thats just fucked up

Nevermind...I thought something big was going to happen after you get the Global Impact Achievment. But anyways I just tried out " Keys to the city" and it's awesome... you should try it if you haven't already!

door dident open becase you hadent opened up the volk gang yet once you "discover" this gang, the door at the agency tower will open...just discovered this myself becasue i rarley drove around until i did the resurect gangs after beating the game
