@coletheanimator Have you been to China? Didn't think so. They don't have democratic elections there, but they are far from communist. Also they have a lot more capitalism going on there than the US.

@kidpoker76 The only area where capitalism is allowed is in Hong Kong, it was a booming capitalist area that was owned by britain, until communist china accepted it, when they did they turned a blind eye to it's capitalist ways, and let one of there most economical area still continue to be under capitalism, this is why china is so successful. do your homework

@PrincessKairi124 China still adheres to the Maoist brand of communism, which differs slightly than the Marxist communism we saw in the Soviet Union. Under Chinese communism there are elections for presidency, and for regional governors & such, but where it differs from democracy is in how the government actually functions. They don't have a senate or a parliament or anything like that, the President simply calls all the shots, avoiding the 'bipartisan B-S' you see in the United States.
