gosh that was Paul McGillion in "The Torment of Tantalus" as Ernest ..I didn't realize he played that part he looks so different with glasses..that was back in 1997

@qberazer Actually he isn't faking anything: Yes, he's Scottish, but he and his family moved to Canada when he was two, so growing up with Scottish parents in Canada gives ya an accent anyway.
