a good strategy for reeling in monster fish or big and strong fish is: Once you hear the bite alarm, hold your thumb on the reel so the fish doesn't move, and shake your ipod back and forth. This will cause the fish strength to go down very low. (Note: The line tension can still go up, and your line can still snap. Even with this strategy it is still hard to catch fish like smiling inigo or bazzacuda) (Another Note: Don't let smiling inigo pull you past 350ft, gonna have a hard time reeling in.)
