Help Me Identify "Romeo & Juliet" Song (solved: Stacy Earl)

I've tried hunting for specific information about this song through the usual internet channels, like search engines and song lyric sites.

But because William Shakespeare's iconic tale of star-crossed lovers has inspired so many artistic works over the centuries, getting a positive hit on this obscure song has been like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

Or worse maybe, since I have practically nothing concrete to begin the search with.

Perhaps someone out there knows about this song.
