I first met James 14 years ago while playing at Cowboys in Dothan Al. He set in and killed. Then we danced (not leterally) for a while. I told him he had IT and should be in Nashville(ask him "Jake from Borderline"in Dothan). Several years back I asked if he would come play a 3 nighter with us in Tall. Fl. at the Riverfront Saloon . He drove down from Nashville and tore it up. Along with playing his ass off he sang Merle tunes with current hits of the day and did a great job. Love em`

The most versatile player that i have seen play live in Nashville. James has great ideas and approch to the guitar. If you get a chance to watch him live, do it! I would put him up against any other country player ANYWHERE!!
