I think that the Palmer method better Logan school in the method of adjustment? What do you think of spinal decompression for the C4 area. What about True back ? I just got one . Any info appreciated dfletcher47

I wish we knew what worked for everyone.
I like the Palmer method myself, but have seen mirecles with Logan.
Spinal decompression is impressive as well for the select patients.
True back is for certain conditions as well.
Try what works for you, and try the conservative approach before surgery or a lifetime of drugs!
