Defiantly sounds like a vacuum leak. You might want to watch the video I did on finding a vacuum leak and see if you can pin it down. Thanks for the video response! Keep me posted on what you find.

@EricTheCarGuy hey!! i watched the how to find a vacuum leak video, and i used carb cleaner and it worked, it turned out the leak was coming from one of the fuel injector o-rings, thanks again for your help
