  • Are you a instructor? Good info thanks!

  • In military circles, I instruct on certain things. Nothing on the civilian side yet.

  • What certain things do you officially instruct in the military?

  • @LoboNegroGrande

Unit level stuff. Small arms handling, close quarters, convoy, ecp, abd, individual/team movements, among other things on occasion.

  • @MovieTheaterHead haha i started typing the same thing until i looked down and saw your comment

  • Another good one for forearms is to tie a string to a stick and a weight to the other end and just roll it up and down with both hands.

  • The 2nd exercise is a good one, but it's not a tricep exercise. It works the external rotator muscles like the posterior deltoid fibers, or rotor cuff infraspinatus or teres minor.

I have no clue how you are feeling your triceps doing that movement.

Another thing is: someone's probably going to work the front delt way harder holding the arm straight out isometrically during the duration of doing those wrist extensions than they will briefly extending it overhead or in front of them.

    Sumo jab?
