@Truthguy2121 Rooney has lower rate of scoring goals in club and national team. Rivaldo has silver and gold medal in WC, and 8 goals in World Cups, and one Champion League with aC Milan. Technically he destroys Rooney, so in which way Rooney can be better than Rivaldo.

The simple truth of the matter is that England are never as good as they think they are, but never as bad as people like you think they are. Ashley Cole, John Terry, Rio Ferdinand, Stephen Gerrard and Wayne Rooney are all world class players, and they would easily get into any national side in world football (except Spain, where the likes of Fabregas can't even get a game).
