  • Funny how you don't see 1 photo from NE Philly. Largest tax base but still treated as if it wasn't there.

  • What's with the politization? It's a collage of city images set to music. I didn't set out to "treat" any neighborhood any better or worse than any other. Get over yourself.

  • Awesome

  • Thanks! :)

  • i think i feel a tear:(

  • Born in Philly; haven't been back since mom died in '99. Most of my memories were bad, as I was broke ass poor. Funny, but this vid makes me homesick. When my kids were young, I'd take them back there, show 'em everything in your vid. They loved it! They discovered the joy of walking in center city! Compared to the midwest, Philly was more like Europe. Maybe I'll go back again.

  • Nicely done. You captured everything Philadelphia.

  • i love my city born and raised in north philly 17th and tioga

  • Thanks, this is great. I love my hometown. I'm stuck here out west in Oregon and am ready to go home....miss my family, the city and the great food. Give me a TastyKake and a cheesesteak any day over any 5 star restaurant.

  • About Philly.... I Googled 'Philly Trolly Cars' and found this video.... interesting. Read some of the comments. I was a very young boy when I could remember some very good times..... I could walk up Point Breeze Ave safely.... Lined with Mom and Pop shops.... I am Old School Philly.... I think they need a nutter Rizzo....

  • I f this great city does not put forth a conservated effort, this city will never be able`to recover. these photos bare evidence to Philadelphias rapid groth in to an industrial metropolis. However, these pictures show what happens when people divested in neighborhoods within the inner city and headed to the suburbs, this combined with internal corruption left us with gaping holes of decay, hope is still alive, more intervention from the private may reverse this condition, we will see.

  • I live here as well, I have come to accept this city as it is, she suffers from internal decay just like our nation, many of the poor conditions that you have captured here cannot be denied, yet, many of the nations larger`cities have come up with very decisive plans to reverse there internal woes, well, even under this so called new reform administration headed by mayor Nutter, I still see signs of the old ways that do not seem to go away, there in lies the problem, that is why I will sat this-
