I played this back in HS in the 1980's. Awesome piece! Our band director was very good at challenging us, and because of that, we were a pretty good band.

Yall did a fantastic job! I'm a freshmen in college and we are going to play this piece. I have the solo part for Clarinet in the first number and I'm excited to play. Way to go Clarinets!!!

That's ok i can do without the Eb anytime...lol not a fan of it at all an i'm a clarinet player myself.

Wow, I'm impressed by this ensemble's ability to take the piece at that tempo. However, you need to be careful with taking it that far above the marked tempo. Sometimes taking it too fast robs the piece of some of its musicality. There are some awesome parts in this movement that are just glossed over because of the tempo. The Prestissimo section at the end, for example, doesn't have the same musical flair because it's just as fast as the rest of the piece.
Other than that, bravo!
