what will your children remember? - Better Parenting Advert.

This is short promotional video that I made with my group called project L.N.P (Love Nurture Protect).

The filming, directing, editing and camera work was done by myself.

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing in New Zealand and am in my first year (NZ=RWC Champs 1987&2011)

Originally, the group had decided to work from a video viewed on 'YouTube' based on the analogy of "...Children see, Children do...". While reviewing the video the group decided to replicate the video in some form with a supporting pamphlet/brochure, but with better ideologies relating to issues more commonly faced/dealt with in New Zealand.

Our aim was to create a short promotional video for a semi-feature length DVD which gave tips and strategies for coping with different and complicated situations, which helped empower parents with children of all ages . Furthermore, our aim was to prevent neglect and child abuse by depicting certain scenarios in the short teaser video, without making parents look as if they are the enemy or the ones to be blamed for... (website is not real by the way..LOL)
