  • actually, u dont want to let the alcohol evaporate at all. you just need to put more alcohol in the pan then light it. dont worry...most will b e burned away. the only time its necessary to tilt the pan is when u r using the stove to light the flame.

  • When you flambe you light the fumes near the side of the pan, not the actual liquid, thats why it has to be pulled right off the stove and lit

  • hahahahahaha try putting it on the stove and let the alcohol evaporate, then try lighting it up.

  • Have no idea what you are doing
