This is a video showing my red eared slider turtle eating a piece of orange. Fruits and veggies are very healthy for freshwater turtles and they should be added very often in their diet but they are more carnivorous than herbivorous so it is hard to teach a turtle eat veggies and fruit. My turtle luckily likes and enjoys fruit a lot but not greens only fruits and veggies that are not green. Enjoy and feel free to ask for any information.

@dsmhhhx i wouldnt worry about turtles blocking turtles because they always find a way to breath. i would only mention that they can stuck in a decoration like caves and that is a real danger for drowning.

@JoaniMaster Ok lol cool, i put them in water and one of the turtles kept like cornering the other turtle and facing the other turtle (blocking) not letting him get out of the way.. he was like swinging his arms?

@thatrubberducky26 haha of course not, he just bites my finger sometimes, yes it is healthy but not very often oranges can be good as a treat. Red eared sliders should eat a lot fruits and veggies as they grow.
