@IGuessIllCallUrBluff It tastes a bit different...meatier, but not exactly like duck meat. The vinegar is often seasoned with garlic and chili, but many places, people just sprinkle a little salt on (no vinegar). The best vinegar you can use by far (IMO) is coconut palm vinegar (sukang tuba). Damn, I want some balut now
