Porsche’s CEO, Wendelin Wiedeking, gets the axe. Ford and Hyundai post profits in the second quarter. General Motors names its North American design chief, Bryan Nesbitt, to run Cadillac. All that and more, plus we get behind the wheel of the 2010 Ford Taurus.
@East17A As far as efficient compact diesel cars go, sure. But as for fast cars, I'd definitely have to disagree. We have the luxury of cheap gas prices, fast muscle cars for very cheap, as well as cheap parts and maintenance for them, and above all, incredibly cheap insurance rates compared to Europe.
But I don't think cZ14XpE isn't missing out on much if the Taurus doesn't go to Europe. Taurus is a big heavy car with floaty suspension, which in Europe makes very little sense to own.

Can you develop your answer please? I am a big fan in favour and defender of the American car. I am fan & I like them much your cars. Not only the Corvette or the Viper. But also F-150, the GMC Yukon or Chevy Equinox for example.
Or the Chevy Caprice Classic & the Ford Crown Vic !
