@habfan24 - That Moses and the Exodus never happened is the acknowledged view of most biblical archeologists. Read "The Bible Unearthed: Archaeology's New Vision of Ancient Israel and the Origin of Its Sacred Texts" Neil Asher Silberman & Israel Finkelstein. Biblical archeology reveals not just what is in the bible, but rather WHY the bible was written. The Exodus is a simple story, that was easily retold, that united many peoples through a common history. It just never happened.

I agree. I was pleased to see that the Egyptian "Book of the Dead" has a statement:

"God is a Spirit". Jesus confirmed this in His statement as well.
