DIY aspirin toner, demonstation, and giveaway..MOV

In this video I demonstrate how to make and use aspirin toner. I realize my skin is not perfect, it is a work in progress and many of you will say my eyebrows are too thin, however my hair is also very light. Please no negative comments on how crappy I look without makeup, I know that already.
As promised I am attaching the link to the individual I watched here on that got me into the aspirin toner. good luck and I hope it works for any of you that try it out.

You look fine without makeup :) Your face doesn't look greasy, I can't really see any acne, and you look pretty! You take good care of your face. Don't worry you won't get any negative comments from me on how "crappy" you look without makeup from me, because you don't look crappy. As for me, without makeup that's a different story...

Can water substitute for wicth hazel ?

I am really want to make this toner. ( I used aspirin mask and it worked ).

But I can not find where to buy WITCH HAZEL in my city ( I live in Vietnam, witch hazel isn't popular here, we can not find it in supermarkets or drugstores, even many people don't know what it is).

so can I substitute water for wicth hazel ? - how many tables and how much water should I use ?
