Full body exercises are Squats,Chins,Rows,Presses etc...Not bicep curls and tricep extensions.
You're doing isolation exercises and claiming they're full body exercises. You're a kid that looks good and really doesn't know about fitness like you think. Full body exercises like the ones I mentioned work multiple muscle groups. You';re better off performing full body exercises in a circuit fashion with enough resistance to allow 15-20 reps. Not 100. More isn't better like you think.

@shannonjm412 Look there is strategic science following my methods used in this video. you are probably old and stopped learning years ago. And it is a fully body exercise not compound which is what you mean. There is a time and place for the exercises you mentioned this was not the time. There is different science for everything. And if anyone is reading this fools replys you need to choose the method the best suits your end goal mine again was to lose mass and not get flabby.
