Get below ground and become a Basement Renegade.
Equipped with the bare bones, it's time to do more with less.

10-20-40
Dips, Squats, Chinups.
3 Rounds for time, or complete in no more than 1 half hour.
For every broken set count 1 Burpee or 1 Sprawl. Tally number of broken sets and complete the fore mentioned exercises at the end of set 3.

Do more with less.

    Try hanging from the bar on a regular basis, and hang from different points (top, middle, bottom etc.), and occasionally lower yourself carefully from the middle or top position. Also, from the bottom or middle hanging position, occasionally pull yourself up just a little bit. Swinging (back and forth) and swaying (side to side) from the bottom hanging position is also fun. After a while of having fun with the above, you should be able to do pull-ups and chin-ups.
