You feathered the propeller at mid air? and then you restarted the engines!? Why do you do that?
To let the aircraft glide without using fuel? I thought feathering is only for engine failure or engine shutdown.
OK. I've never flown a constant speed propeller plane or a turbo-prop. The only plane I fly is the Piper PA-28 Warrior. Please anyone tell me why is the propeller spinning so slow @ 3:04.

The prop only looks like it is windmilling because of the frame rate of the camera recording the video. The props are 'pulled back' for cruise and descent but for take off and landing they are 'pushed forward' to high RPM. So, when the props appear to be spinning very slowly they are in fact still doing 1700RPM. With the prop levers forward for takeoff and landing they are spinning at 2000RPM.
