Robbery 2323 Locust St 10/28/2007 video 2

This robbery took place at Westgate Lofts at 2323 Locust St, St Louis, MO 63103. The incident was caught on video tape and the individual has yet to have been caught. The person made off with a road bicycle and numerous items from a car that had a window smashed out in the parking garage.

The individual entered the building early at 6am in the morning by waiting for a resident or a residents guest to leave the building and snuck in before the door could close. He was in the building from 6:00 - 6:30. He then left with the bicycle and road it away as you can see from the video.

The individual was a black male, looked between 20 - 30 yrs of age, about 5'10" - 6'1" 230+ lbs. Shaved head and 3 distinct fat rolls on the back of his neck. He was wearing a baby blue hooded sweatshirt and pants, with white t-shirt untucked and hanging below the cuff of the hooded sweatshirt, also wearing white tennis shoes.
