USE THE HIGH QUALITY MODE TO WATCH THIS VIDEO. The pictures will be much better that way. This video highlights the Boardwalk and Adventure Grove section. This was the newer area of the park which had all the amusement park rides including Starliner, Florida's oldest opperating wooden roller coaster and the Triple Hurricane, name for the three hurricanes that ravaged the area in 2004 as that coaster was the only structure in the park that wasn't dammaged. Unfortunately, all this came to a end on Nov 17, 2008 as this area was closed down in favor of the water park expansion and moving the parking lot closer to what wil be the new entrance to Cypress Gardens. Ironically, this was the original entrance when the park first opened.

storm surge is very scary i really almost had a heart attack and my brother got a huge scrape dont ever go on it!!!!!!!!!!

This is ow a ideo of what was at Cypress Gardens. The last day of opperations for the rides area (Boardwalk and Adventure Grove areas) was Nov 17, 2008. It's making way for the water park and a new parking lot for Cypress Gardens. The park will still be here, just without the rides.
