This is it. One year has gone by since I started training in the discipline of Parkour. There's still so much to learn and improve on but I'm happy with my progression so far...

It took ages for me to release this video due to lack of footage and trouble looking for the right music. I thought it would be appropriate to use a song from local artists 'Micbandits' because they are on a similar mission in music, as I am for Parkour, putting Brunei on the map!

Enjoy. ~ Viva Le Parkour.

Music:-
" Cantik Rupamu (Hello) "

If you're aged 15 above its ok. Just wear comfortable clothes and running shoes and it shud be fine. The sessions are free at the moment.

Just leave a message on our FB wall. :-)

  • never though brunei was a good place to parkour accept for running man(free roam) and the gorrila jump. but then you prove me wrong :D really really setting the standard higher. But all you need to do is practice to make the transition smoother and stuff.. But well done! i am proud to be a brunei and man what you did was brave, its dangerous when i saw the part where you slipped. Keep it up mahn!

  • @ironicdevil666 Thanks for the comment. This video was in 2009. I've been training hard to make transitions smoother as u said. I'm proud to be Bruneian. Believe it or not, we can do it too! Thanks for the support. :-)
